Easy Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Strawberries (about 15 small to medium size, destemmed, cup into halves) 
- 1 cup Bananas (1 whole banana, peeled, chopped into small chunks) 
- 1/2 cup Milk (Whole or 2%, Organic Horizon brand) 
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (Fage brand) 
For a vegan alternative, forgo the yogurt and use Soy Milk or Almond Milk instead; I recommend the Silk brand.
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients into a blender. 
- Blend on LOW speed for 20 seconds. 
For a more chunkier consistency, blend for 10 seconds. For a more watery consistency, blend for 30 seconds.
